Family problems, advice?

My youngest Aunts boy friend broke my mountain bike after getting drunk, and other stuff. So I asked him to stop and he punched me, I hit him back and he fell backwards.





My first cousin, who I named, who I love...decided to ';fight me'; after I called the police over the destruction of my mountain bike.





I simply said I would not fight him. He grabbed my neck and I tossed him to the ground. He got up and did the same thing, and I tossed him on the ground again and said I will not fight him.





Then my first cousin yelled to his friends to ';jump me';. I asked them all to come on, and that it would be a felony fight. None of them touched me.





The cops showed, and both my aunts bf, and my first cousin claimed I assaulted them.





My aunt told them if they pressed charges she would kick them out.





The only part I left out was my aunts bf destroyed her apartment, and my first cousin later helped destroy my bike before grabbing my neck.





Now my cousin hates me because I humiliatFamily problems, advice?
Honestly i dont think you did anything wrong,this was your item you had every right to do what you did because your aunts boyfriend first of all threw the first hit so that gives you every right to hit back in defence.second if he broke your belonging's then he should replace it but your cousin should have stayed out of this an was wrong i think your aunts boyfriend should replace your mountain bike.Family problems, advice?
Your family sucks. Well if you really love your cousin you should ';fight'; him. Meaning just smoothly block and avoids his attacks. Learn how to avoid and block before you just suddenly do it. So he's rough? You can just put him in his place too... And for your aunts boyfriend trouble, dig up some dirt. But just don't say anything D:
