Boy problems? advice plzzzz?

well like last weekend me and ben hooked up and we have been talking ever since and last night at the dance everyone was talking about how him and paige were supposivly gonna date, and i was like wtf. and then like at 1 last night me bri jamesy and kirstin went to brandons to chill and play beer pong with ben lewis jesse brandon and justin. and i was in a bad mood and stuff cause the whole ben thing. and ben kept asking me what was wrong and stuff and i wouldnt tell him i jus said i was tired, and i like walked inside cuz i was like sad or whatever and i went to the bathroom and when i came out he was like right there, and he like hugged me and kissed my head and stuff, so like idk what to do anymore i dont know if he wants paige or me. and like i tried talking to him about it, but he keeps giving me one word answers. :(
