Acne problems: ADVICE!?

ok so here is what my skin is like:


i get these pimples that are pretty big, but they dont have any white stuff in them, so if i try to squeeze them, nothing but oil comes out. im sad to say that i am a picker and it does make them worse, but ive stoped and they have been on my forehead for over 2 weeks and i dont know what to do anymore. what is a product that is good for my type of skin that i can by at walgreens? these might be caused because of stress or hair products but im not sure. any advice?Acne problems: ADVICE!?

i live in london and have used everything under the sun until recently i visited NYC and got Clinique Acne Solutions it 50$ which i think is a bargian.





Its a foam face wash.


then a toner.


Then a cream


its working realy good on me.

i suffrd 4rm acne...........its hard knw its reason 4 occuring..........i searchd da net n askd practically evry1 bt evr1 had diffrnt answrs,..........ma advice 2 u is.............


1,avoid fatty food(as in deep fried n oily food)


2,,dont wash ur face wid soap mor dan 3rice a day.......(vry imp........bt keep washing it wid water.....6 ,7 times)


3,,avoid sunlight...n dust.


4 try 2 stay happy(mst imp)..it will go away i promise........its ma personal xperience.............forget bout medicine dey nevr work.
