Photography problems advice please?

I hung out with this girl once or twice in elementary school, but then in middle/high school we had no contact. We were in a few classes together, but never talked. I had a photography website in 2006, but sometime in 2007, I tried to log into it and it said the password was wrong. I know the password wasn't wrong. The account was hacked and then somehow I just ignored it and made a new website. Turns out rumors spread on my hacked account that I steal photos, etc. So then once one of my photos gets published last week that same girl from school contacts the publisher with that link saying I stole the photo, when I did not. I'd like to clear it up with the girl, but how should I explain it to her? I would never do such a thing, and I want her to leave me alone. I contacted the site's help section, but they won't remove the information because it does not violate their TOS.Photography problems advice please?
seems to me you need a lawyer who is knowlegable about copyright infringement.Photography problems advice please?
Your story makes no sense... if you had a site that got hacked, why wouldn't you go to your provider and have it closed or reset the password? Then you start another one and still don't try to close the first one that is hurting your work with your publisher.

If the site was your's and you told them it was hacked and wanted it closed they have no choice but to do it. It has nothing to do with TOS, but they should immediately look into your account being violated.
