Body problems..advice please?

Alright. I've never really had a huge problem with my body until last year I moved in with my best friend who's bulemic. She won't stop-she's in counseling and everything but it's really bringing me down..I feel like I'm really overweight, I'm constantly worried about what I eat and how my body looks and I've become REALLY self concious. I know I'm not that fat..I'm 5'4 and 110 pounds-down from 117 when I started living with her...I just don't know how to make this feeling go away I'm never happy anymore because I'm always too worried...Body problems..advice please?
hey

trust me THERE is nothing wrong with your appearence so much so that theres nothing you can do to make yourself look better ....

if her sickness is affecting you phsycologically then dont stay with her..

(and btw way what is happening is very normal) .. but i can tell you if its bringing you down dont stay with her beacuse soon you many feel worse about yourself...you have nothing to be self concious about either you are a VERY attractive girl trust me ...

and i know shes your best friend ... so if you cant move out .. then focus on something else such as sports .... or even think about what peircing you wanna get ;) haha..

I think that you need to move out, because she is projecting her feelings onto you and this isn't good. You know that you aren't fat and that is good, but if you stay with her considering that you are starting too worry, you could end up the same way. I know that you like you friend and you will probably feel bad about moving out but you need to. Also it could be worth going to see your GP and having a word with him or her about it and they will be able to advise you and at the same time, maybe you could get your friend to come along with you, so she will also get the help that she needs.
110 at 5'4 is very petit. you should feel no pressure to become any lighter.

you do not want to go through bulimia it isn't fun. it is so bad for your health in so many ways. your mouth teeth throat stomach your digestion system. when you get over bulimia you put on a lot of weight because your body has grown dependent on your regurgitation of food.

if you are planning to confront her, be sure to be gental. she is obviously insecure, but it might create another motive for her to stop. if the feeling continues, without a doubt see someone. get proffesional help. there is nothing wrong with that.

if that doesn't help, you need to move out. really. it is not worth your health or mind to live with this person.

good luck, hope i helped
