MP3 Player problems.. advice?

My lavod LHV-545 mp3 player crashes when its on the 'load data' screen.


It also has a 'A' in the top left corner, I am not sure whether or not this is significant. When I plug it in it loads a blue screen with '[ USB ]' in the middle and the button in the middle of the arrows lights up red.





I was just wondering if anyone has had the same problem %26amp; knows how to fix it. Any help/advice is appreciated, thanks.

I unplugged my Coby mp3 from my computer once when it was downloading stuff. It crashed bigtime. I thought it was dead, had reformat the mp3 using ';My Computer';.





Make sure you are finished all your downloads when you disconnect from your computer. Also, before you unplug from your computer, turn off your mp3 player, and use the ';safely disconnect USB device'; function at the bottom right of your computer screen before unhooking the mp3.





That should do it!
