Help with guy problems! Advice from guys please?

There is this guy that I like and we talk almost everyday. I only get to see him like once a week, but we have a lot in common. My question is should I tell him I like him or wait for him to tell me? And if he never tells me should I tell him or just let it go? I guess what it comes down to is do guys like it when the girl initiates the relationship or do they want to themselves?


Like, should I always wait for him to make plans? Is it ok for me to ask him if he wants to go to the movies this weekend?Help with guy problems! Advice from guys please?
I think its best to wait for him to make the first move. Guys tend to appreciate a lady more if they feel they had to win them over.





It is flattering if a girl makes the first move, but there are some guys (not all) who take that forgranted. So just be careful.





If he doesn't make a move in the next few weeks, go on a subtle approach. Say something along the lines of ';Hey, there's this movie I want to watch on Saturday, would you like to join me?';. So it throws the ball in his court, plus you don't mention anything about a date. Just go as friends. Let him decide whether he wants to make it a date or not.

Its ok for females to initiate plans. Tell him how you feel and that you are interested in starting a relationship with him. Rejection is always on peoples mind, but the sooner you know the sooner you can move on.
It doesn't hurt for a girl to take the lead. Just don't push it too hard. That can chase them away.
To be honest i like it when a girls upfront, it annoys me how most girls wait to b approached first. because an oppurtunity could pass you by if she likes you but is too scared to show it.
