Plan 3 meals for yourself, and maybe schedule snacking times on carrot sticks, or apple. also make sure you drink enough, because sometimes when you feel hungry all your body actually wants is a drink.Eating problems????advice please?
Like someone else said set 3 meals at a certain time and plan it when you are feeling hungry. Or don't eat anything from 2-5pm and then you will be really hungry in the afternoon. I hope i've helped. Good luck :D
