I was playing soccer and i guess i stretched out my leg out too far and now i can barely run or stretch my leg far enough to play soccer well. any stretch i should do to help make this ache/pain go away? or should i stop playing till it fully heals?Groin/leg problems, advice?
Stop playing, but stretch!
Don't overexert the muscle, but keep it mobile. If you see swelling, ice it down. If the pain doesn't go away after a week, see your physician.
