Sleeping problems advice?

my son is 1 and he will not sleep in his own bed hell sleep all nite if he sleeps with me but in his crib he wakes up all night long ive tried a bunch of things and its not working he has a rutine and ive even tried letting him cry himself to sleep but he just makes himself sick when i do that i want him to be able to sleep by himself helpSleeping problems advice?
He is unable to fall asleep by himself because you let him sleep in your bed. Now in order for him to fall asleep he is going to learn it by himself. This is going to take time maybe a week or two. Let him cry, if you keep giving in he will never learn.He will eventually fall asleep. This is going to be the hardest part but once he learns everything will be alright. If you don't start while he is still young it will get worse as he gets older. Good Luck................Sleeping problems advice?
I had the same problem with my son. Of course he would rather sleep next to mommy but it puts quite a strain on your love life right? Just be consistent take him back to his bed evry time he gets out. When you put him to bed tell him it's time to go to sleep, I love you sing him a song or read a book and give him a kiss goodnight. When he gets out of bed the first time say , No honey it's time to sleep in your big boy bed.If he gets out after that just give him a kiss goodnight every time you put him down don't talk to him. Just like on the show Nanny 911. It really works. He might get up a million times the first night, but eventually he will realize that he's not going to win. The next night he won't get up as many times.

Prayer cause my boys are almost there but we live in apartments and sometimes have rude neighbors.
My sisters usually watch movies with the volume low and they fall asleep really fast! They have a tv in their room. But since he's one that probably wont work. =[ sorry. but u can try =D
