Fussy toddler eating problems advice needed?

she has what I guess would consider diarrhea its really mushy and at times can be a few time a day although lately only once a day, I did notice though she tends to just love her milk these days and isn't interested much in food except snacking of course, so maybe thats why she has mushy poop if she is filling up on liquid, but any tips on how to get a fussy toddler to cooperate and eat, its not even that she doesn't like food its like she just doesn't want to even try it sometimes like she is trying to rebel like 2 year olds do at times, well she is 2 next month but still. How do I get her to eat her meals properly its driving me nuts, its like soo much food gets wasted, certain things of course like kraft dinner and canned pasta stuff she likes but even sometiems then she is fussy like today she turned her nose up at pizza but she normally likes it, however, she did fill up on a whole cup of milk right beforehand, she begged for her milk cause i prefer to give it to her afterwards for that reason.Fussy toddler eating problems advice needed?
don't allow her to snack between meals.

make sure all of her meals are balanced and nutritious

get her to join in when you are cooking and preparing meals, tell her she's a good cook!

eat the food she has helped make infront of her

educate her on why it is important to eat etc

reward her with praise when she finishes a meal

make meals fun, for example if you give her a salad, arrange it on the plate like a funny face.

good luck to both of you!Fussy toddler eating problems advice needed?
* Make sure your toddler is hungry at meal times, try to limit snacking between meals until your toddler has an established appetite.

* Don鈥檛 insist on a clear plate, give smaller portions and offer extras once the majority of the plate is cleared鈥?a plate mounded of food can be quite daunting.

* Just because a food is refused initially don鈥檛 give up鈥t can take up to 15 times for a child to see a food before they even try it.

* No TV!! This provides a distraction from the food

* If your child refuses vegetables (a very very common 鈥榝uss鈥? try to include lots of fruit and blend in veg in mash or smoothies.

* Have family meal times鈥?if your child see鈥檚 you eating they are more likely to follow suite.

* Give lots of praise and encouragement when they try new foods talk about the foods you enjoy too, this makes the food seem 鈥榚xciting鈥?and more appealing.
